Welcome to the Affiliate Program of ANCIENT ACADEMY ApS (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). By signing up as an affiliate (“Affiliate”) for our program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To become an Affiliate, you must submit a completed application through our website or other approved channels.
1.2 The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote the Company’s products and services responsibly.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing practices.
• Avoid deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

2.2 Affiliates must not:

• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or other illegal advertising methods.
• Engage in activities that may harm the reputation of the Company.

3. Affiliate Commissions

3.1 Affiliates earn a commission on completed sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
3.2 The commission structure is as follows:

4. Payment Terms

6. Promotional Materials

6.1 The Company will provide approved marketing materials, such as banners, links, and promotional content.
6.2 Affiliates may not modify these materials without prior written approval.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
7.2 Upon termination, the Affiliate must cease using the Company’s promotional materials and remove all links to the Company’s website.
7.3 Any outstanding commissions due to the Affiliate will be paid in the next payment cycle.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 All trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials provided by the Company remain the property of the Company.
8.2 Affiliates may use these materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Affiliates agree to keep confidential any information shared by the Company that is not publicly available.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.

12. Amendments

12.1 The Company reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the Affiliate portal.

13. Acceptance

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the program.
